Today's muscle: wee little SUBCLAVIUS (almost skipped it but just couldn't!)
This little muscle is right between your collarbone (where it starts at the centre of your chest) and the first rib.
When it gets tight it can literally pull the collarbone (clavicle) down towards the 1st rib - squishing the two bones together!
Stretching SUBCLAVIUS is just plain awkward so it should definitely be included in ones neck, chest, an shoulder massage !
